Mark Mckinnon is a political consultant and television producer known among other things for “The Circus,” an HBO series documenting the 2016 presidential election. He is a senior advisor for Americans for Carbon Dividends, a right-leaning advocacy group created in 2018 to lobby Congressional Republicans for a carbon tax and dividend.
