Marc Rotenberg is a co-founder of advocacy group The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) in Washington, D.C. and had previously worked as the group’s president and executive director. 1 He previously served as counsel to Senator Patrick J. Leahy (D-VT) on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. 2
