Devon Goss Buffet is a children’s book author and a philanthropist. She is married to Howard G. Buffett, the second son of billionaire investor Warren Buffett, and has five children.   Goss Buffett sits on the board and works as executive vice president of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation. 
Devon Goss Buffet was born in Southern California. Goss Buffett is the second wife of Howard Graham Buffett, the eldest son of billionaire and philanthropist Warren Buffett. Married in 1982, Goss Buffett and her husband raised five children together and currently reside in Decatur, Illinois.  
Goss Buffett is the author of the children’s book series Duluth the Dragon. 
Aside from her writing career, Goss Buffett, along her with husband, is actively involved in the family’s charitable endeavors. She works as executive vice president, secretary, and board member of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, a private charitable organization with a multi-million-dollar annual budget.
In 2016, the Howard G. Buffett Foundation announced that it would finance the construction of a nearly $4 million amphitheater for outdoor concerts and events in Decatur, Illinois.  In honor of Devon, the venue was named the Devon G. Buffett Amphitheater. Operational since mid-2019, the facility has a 4,800-seating capacity.
