Chris Melody Fields Figueredo is the executive director of The Ballot Initiative Strategy Center. Prior to this, she served as the associate director for media nonprofit ReThink Media and was the outreach director for the advocacy group Common Cause. ¹ She previously worked as the field organizer and the Iowa state deputy polling director for former U.S Senator John Edwards’ (D-NC) 2004 and 2008 democratic presidential campaigns respectfully. ²
