The Pro-Life Colorado Fund (also known as Right to Know CO) is the registered issue committee of Pro-Life Colorado, a charitable advocacy coalition of over 50 organizations advocating for pro-life policies in the state. 1

Pro-Life Colorado was initially formed in 2022 and had opposed the Reproductive Health Equity Act (RHEA) which then passed that year. The group also advocated against similar abortion care initiatives such as Colorado Amendment 79, the Right to Abortion and Health Insurance Coverage Initiative that appeared the November 5, 2024 ballot and passed as well. 1

The Pro-Life Colorado Fund was registered with the State of Colorado in May 2024 and was terminated in April 2025. 2 Right to Know CO’s website is still active as of September 2025. 3

Activities

In 2024, Pro-Life Colorado Fund, as Right to Know CO, advocated against the passage of Colorado Amendment 79, the Right to Abortion and Health Insurance Coverage Initiative, which was on the November 5, 2024 ballot. Other groups it advocated with included the Coloradans for the Protection of Women and Children, the Colorado Life Initiative, the Colorado Pregnancy Care Alliance / Know the Truth on 79, Grandma for Life, and Vote No on 79.  4 Right to Know CO provided grassroots tool kits, which included palm cards, yard signs, flyers in both English and Spanish, and an FAQ compiled by its medical experts. 5 Right to Know CO also facilitated events for Faithful Citizenship, election preparation, canvassing, and Hispanic outreach, and participated in the No on 79 Rally at the Capital. 6

The ballot measure would later pass and be enshrined into the state constitution. In a statement released following the passage of the Amendment, Right to Know CO argued that Colorado Amendment 79 would allow for “unrestricted and unregulated abortion for all nine months, removes parental rights when their minors seek or are coerced into abortion, and forces Colorado taxpayers to pay for abortion procedures and travel against their conscience.” 1

Funding

The Pro-Life Colorado Fund was funded by donations from individuals and advocacy groups. According to filings with the Colorado Secretary of State, the Pro-Life Colorado Fund received $394,019.56 in total contributions from individual donors and nonprofit organizations like the Archdiocese of Denver ($225,000) and the Resource Center ($2,000). 2
