Background
America Votes is a national left-of-center advocacy and voter mobilization coalition that has operations in more than 20 states, with 12 core states, each focusing on advancing the Democratic vote, along with progressing left-of-center causes and legislation. [2]
2022 Elections
For the 2022 election cycle, Pennsylvania is expected to have one of the most competitive senate races in the country. [3] America Votes Pennsylvania works with left-progressive coalition partners to support campaigns for expanded voting and advancing left-of-center candidates. It connects smaller liberal groups to a larger statewide plan, [4] leveraging its advocacy and campaign infrastructure to provide coordination, data and targeting services. [5] It is a part of the Field Team 6 coalition, an organization whose sole focus is to register Democrats, especially in competitive states and districts, such as Pennsylvania. [6]
