The National Center for Civil and Human Rights

The National Center for Civil and Human Rights is a Georgia-based museum created by former Atlanta mayor Shirley Franklin in 2007. The center was built to discuss the American Civil Rights Movement and how it connects to “the contemporary struggle for Human Rights around the world.” [1]
