SoCal Healthcare Coalition is a center-left organization created to lobby against efforts by California congressional Republicans to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare. The organization is a project of the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4) funding and fiscal sponsorship organization based in Washington, D.C. and managed by the left-leaning consulting firm Arabella Advisors.

2018 Midterm Election
According to FEC filings, during the 2018 midterm elections the SoCal Health Care Coalition spent over $120,000 in negative adds against Rep. Steve Knight (R-California), who lost reelection.1
