Share Equity is a healthcare advocacy group founded in 2019 that helps fund and promote abortion-related services for women seeking to have the procedure as well as transgender-related services. 5 1 4
Share Equity describes itself as a “Black-led” and “digital forward” group that uses technology and social media to facilitate easier access to abortion. The organization has advocated in favor of the left-of-center principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). 6
Additionally, Share Equity operates an online platform called Autonomie, where women can request abortion funding and receive faster payments to fund their operations. Autonomie connects women with different abortion funding providers and then directly distributes funds to abortion seekers. Autonomie also supports women seeking telemedicine abortions. 2
As of September 2025, Share Equity claimed to have funded 1,555 women seeking abortions since January 2021 and provided over $180,000 directly to those seeking abortion. 6
Leadrship
Morgan Love-Dorji is the founder and executive director of Share Equity. Love-Dorji is also the executive director of Reprocare. Previously, Love-Dorji was a senior software engineer for Voting Works, a board member with Access Reproductive Justice, a senior software engineer at Liberation Technologies, a senior front-end engineer at Rally Health, a senior front end engineer at Apple, a software engineer at One Team Technologies, and a front-end developer at What Matters Now. 1 4 3

According to its 2023 tax filings, Share Equity reported $5,684,094 in revenue, $2,388,326 in revenue, and $4,318,404 in assets. Of its expenses, it spent $531,773 on piggybank, an online platform to help women access abortion; $314,946 on Healthline, a phone or text hotline to access counselors; $392,986 on the Abortion Freedom Fund to provide financial assistance to women seeking abortions; $314,135 on Healthcare Across Border, a program to help people access abortion or transgender-aligned health care; $212,533 on the Mariposa Fund to pay for birth control and abortion for undocumented migrants; and $243,134 on the Utah Abortion Fund to pay for abortion-related expenses in Utah. 1
In 2023, Share Equity received over 5 percent of its revenue ($300,000) from government grants. It received the rest of its revenue from other gifts, grants, and contributions. 1
