Patriotic Republic a left-of-center nonprofit funder founded in 2018 and associated with LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman. ¹ It is one of two 501(c)(4) nonprofits funded by Hoffman, along with American Future Republic.

Political Spending

In 2019, Patriotic Republic granted a total of $4 million, all of it to left-of-center activist nonprofits. It gave $2 million to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4) pass-through and fiscal sponsorship nonprofit part of a multi-billion-dollar “dark money” nonprofit network created by the consulting firm Arabella Advisors, and one of the most active liberal nonprofits in the 2020 election. ² Patriotic Republic gave another $2 million to ACRONYM, a major left-of-center voter mobilization nonprofit active in Democratic Party politics. ³
