Activities and History
According to its website, No Boundaries Coalition began following a series of “Boundary Block Parties” in the Eutaw Place neighborhood within Central-West Baltimore in 2008. After several more block parties, by 2010 the No Boundaries Coalition was formed. 4
No Boundaries Coalition is a community advocacy group in central-west Baltimore that claims to, “address racial and economic segregation by breaking down barriers and fostering commUNITY.” 4 It has four areas of focus: “advocacy,” “health and food justice,” “civic culture,” and “youth organizing. 5
No Boundaries Coalition’s advocacy campaigns claim to focus on public safety and engagement with local law enforcement by calling for increased police patrols in west-central Baltimore neighborhoods. The Coalition also hosts an annual National Night Out block party to promote public safety. 6
As part of its health and food justice programs, No Boundaries Coalition provides pop-up produce markets that employ food advocates. This comes from claims that in Central-West Baltimore there are 10 stores to purchase hard liquor for every one store to purchase fresh produce. 6
As part of its civic culture programs, No Boundaries Coalition conducts voter engagement and census awareness outreach services. 6
As part of its youth organizing programs, No Boundaries Coalition runs the No Boundaries Youth Organizers (NbYO) to teach youth aged 13 to 19 leadership skills as well as service-learning opportunities and scholarships. Partners of NbYO include Truth to Power and ACLU Maryland. 2
According to its annual report, No Boundaries Coalition also conducts monthly yoga classes, a quarterly forum with the city councilmembers representing central-west Baltimore, a three-days-a-week fresh produce market, and a 12-week culinary workforce development program. 2

The executive director of No Boundaries Coalition is Ashaiah Parker. Parker also works in public affairs at Funk & Bolton, and is a member of the board for Bikemore and Live Baltimore. 7
The Deputy Director of No Boundaries Coalition is Nabeehah Azeez. Azeez is also the owner of BluePrint Identity Services and was previously a home health aide and a probation and parole assistant for the Missouri Department of Corrections. 8

According to tax filings, in 2022 No Boundaries Coalition reported revenue of $1,704,411, expenses of $1,608,989, and assets of $1,078,233. That year, the organization spent $468,443 on sponsoring advocacy of race and class equality in central west Baltimore, $338,583 on leadership and youth programs, and $167,118 on workforce development programs. Of its revenue, $1673,742 was received through gifts, grants and other contributions. 1
