The International Policy Network was a non-profit research-based organization that worked to educate people on “market solutions to public policy problems.” 1 It was initially founded in 1971 as a UK-based charity network by Sir Anthony Fisher and grew to include branches across the world including the United States, Chile, and India. The organization shut down in 2011 but as of 2013, its U.S-based sister organization, the International Policy Network US Inc., remains active 2
