The organization does not receive grants and produces income solely from dividends and securities it possesses which were left to the foundation by Howard E. Stark. ¹

The Foundation has provided grants to a variety of human services nonprofits, and animal adoption and sheltering organizations, including Reaching Out Community Services, Mission of Deeds, and Belchertown Animal Relief Committee. ⁴
