Democracy Found Action is the 501(c)(4) sister nonprofit organization Democracy Found, a Wisconsin-based 501(c)(3) organization that advocates a form of ranked-choice voting that it calls “Final-Five Voting” to replace party primaries and plurality voting. ^{1 2} Democracy Found was formed in 2018 by Wisconsin business leaders Katherine Gehl and Austin Ramirez. ³
