The Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) is a division of the U.S. Department of Labor tasked with enforcement of the provisions of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959. OLMS maintains a database of financial disclosures filed by labor unions, holds  reports filed by employers regarding labor relations consultations, and conducts enforcement operations against labor union officials who violate federal law.
