    Activities

The Babylon Bee is a Christian satirical website that claims to be “fake news you can trust.” Its content includes satirical articles and videos on a variety of topics that include politics, Chrisitan living, crime, science, popular culture, and technology. 4 The Babylon Bee website also features a worship song generator and an artificial-intelligence-assisted article generator that produces satirical articles targeting U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), a meta-joke responding to claims the site overly focused on the New York City politician. 5

Released in 2024, the Babylon Bee wrote and produced a satirical film January 6: The Most Deadliest Day. The satirical film focuses on the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol, calling it “the day that almost ended democracy” by making audiences “laugh, cry, and cower in terror.” The film includes interviews with participants in the riot, statements by politicians, and takes from news pundits. 6

The Babylon Bee also produces two podcasts, The Babylon Bee Podcast and Babylon Bee Radio, with more than 43,000 subscribers in total. 7
