Known Contracts

Hinsdale High School District 86

Saxman Consulting was hired by Hinsdale High School District 86 in Illinois in the 2020 school year alongside Anew Collective Consulting to provide the school district’s employees with “antiracist” training and design a curriculum and facilitate the development of “racial consciousness to build capacity for more vulnerable and adaptive leadership.” The consulting firms were paid a combined amount of $69,300 over the school year. ⁷

The Hinsdale High School District 86 school board also voted to approve another contract for both Saxman Consulting and Anew Collective Consulting in August 2021. However, the contract was terminated in September 2021 after Christine Saxman retweeted a message, dubbed anti-police by district residents, that read, “Cops quitting because they won’t get vaxxed [sic] feels like a real two-birds-one-stone situation.” ⁸

Evanston Township High School District 202

Saxman Consulting also received an $8,000 contract in 2021 from Evanston Township High School District 202 in Illinois to assist its “District Antiracism Working Group.” According to the contract obtained by Parents Defending Education, Saxman Consulting recommended a series of two-hour workshops over two months to the assistant superintendent and principal of the district. The goals of these workshops included the development of “racial literacy skills,” and “antiracist consciousness.” ⁹

Other organizations mentioned in the documents obtained by Parents Defending Education included multiple consulting agencies and the Pacific Educational Group, which Christine Saxman worked as an “equity transformation specialist.” ¹⁰
