BCom (also known as BCom Solutions) is a digital advertising consulting firm. It is based in Lincoln, Nebraska with additional teams based in Utah, Colorado, Georgia, Ohio, New York, New Hampshire, and Washington, D.C. ¹ In 2023, BCom acquired Veracity Media, a company founded by Democratic operative Ryan Morgan. ²

As of December 2024, BCom reported 40 employees, $10 million in annual revenue, with campaigns allegedly raising over $100 million for its clients. ³

Clients

During the 2024 election cycle, BCom earned $2,392,838 from services to federal political campaigns and political action committees. The two biggest spenders were the campaigns of U.S. Representatives Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and Gerald Connolly (D-VA), both of which spent over $200,000. ⁴

Also in the 2024 election cycle, BCom worked with singer John Mayer and consulting firm Propper Daley to mobilize Democratic voters in swing states. ⁵ BCom also worked with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) on a digital campaign to boost web searches for Democratic candidates and causes in ten Congressional districts, seven of which the Democrats won in November that year. ⁶

BCom worked with Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings (D), the co-chair of the Democratic Attorneys General Association, on a digital campaign to support the campaigns of several Democratic candidates running for state Attorney General offices. ⁷

Represent PA is an advocacy group in Pennsylvania that supports female candidates for office. BCom’s digital advertising campaign for Represent PA increased the organization’s fundraising by $100,000 in 2022, or 75 percent, compared to the previous year. ⁸

In 2022, BCom ran an online campaign for U.S. Rep. Sanford Bishop Jr. (D-GA) who won his reelection campaign that year. ⁹

Other BCom clients have included President Joe Biden’s initial 2024 presidential campaign, Bipartisan Climate Action, the Build Alaska’s Future Action Fund, Civic Nebraska, the Congressional Black Caucus PAC, the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, and American Wild Horse Conservation. ¹⁰

Veracity Media Acquisition

In January 2023, BCom acquired Veracity Media, a digital advertising company founded by Ryan Morgan, a Democratic operative and also the founder of Swell Digital, Democratic Victory, and PACtion. During the 2024 presidential election, after the end of President Joe Biden’s campaign, Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign accused Morgan and Democratic Victory of excessive spending on firms related to its management, and Democratic Victory was subsequently removed from ActBlue, the major Democratic fundraising website. ^{11 2 12 13}

Leadership

Brent Comstock is the founder and CEO of BCom. ¹⁴ In 2024, Comstock sat on the National Finance Committee of Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign. From 2017 to 2019, Comstock was a principal at Change Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on the Baltic States. ¹⁵
